Personal Alarm

The apparatus connected to your telephone line does not affect your telephone from working.

The personal alarm is triggered by pressing the pendant (worn around the neck), the bracelet (worn around the wrist) or the call bell (if you are in bed) to the call centre which is alerted by the apparatus that shows your name.

An operator gets in contact with you immediately via your apparatus which serves as an intercom, if you press on the pendant by mistake (which happens to everyone) you just inform the operator when she calls you, if you faint or fall and you are unable to reply, the operator talks through the apparatus and you can ask her to call your designated contacts who will come to help you .

The smoke alarm (if installed) can also trigger a call automatically in case of a fire.
